The Commodorians/Amigans who inhabit the Internet Relay Chat channel,
#dan-mike, are moving to a new night and time. Starting Nov. 17, you can
log onto the chat starting 9 p.m. Eastern time (U.S.), 6 p.m. Pacific time
(U.S.) by using the server, irc.stealth.net
We stay pretty well-focused on Commodore and Amiga issues, though we do at
times talk about the weather, holidays, vacations, t.v., and the
movies. If you have a problem with software or hardware, you can get
an immediate response at the chat. And the chat is very much
family-fare... no swearing, vulgarities, etc., or you are banned from the
channel.
So come join us if you want to talk about Commodore/Amiga! :-)
Truly,
Robert Bernardo

Hi, everyone,
Last night it was decided to change the name of the chat in honor
of our being on a new server. The #dan-mike chat is now the #c64friends
chat on the server irc.eskimo.com . The time and the day will stay the
same -- beginning 9 p.m. EST on Saturdays. Your host will be the same --
the inimitable Dave "Snogpitch" Witmer, president of the Cinncinati
Commodore Computer Club! And of course, the main topic of discussion --
Commodore (with a bit of Amiga).
Enjoy the chat (though I will
be at a Star Trek convention next
Saturday),
Robert Bernardo
